Job Duties and Tasks for: Screen Printing Machine Setter and Set-Up Operator1) Sets and adjusts feed rollers, spindle reel, printing screens, and bolts to specifications.2) Starts dyeing oven and sets thermostat to temperature specified for printing run.3) Reviews print order to determine settings and adjustments required to set up manually controlled or automatic screen-printing machine or decorating equipment.4) Determines from orders type and color of designs to print.5) Adjusts position of design or screen to ensure specified color print registration.6) Trains workers in use of printing equipment and in quality standards.7) Counts and records quantities printed in production log.8) Inspects printing equipment and replaces damaged or defective parts, such as switches, pulleys, fixtures, screws, and bolts.9) Compares ink or paint prepared for printing run with master color swatch to confirm accuracy of match.10) Examines product for paint smears, position of design, or other defects and adjusts equipment.Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Work experience as a Screen Printer or a similar role in the Design department. Ability to create innovative designs. Strong physical stamina with an ability to lift heavy objects. Ability to work individually or as part of a team as and when required. Willingness to work for a long period of time. Ability to pack the final product in a professional manner.

Communication, planning and development of a marketing strategy and calendar Coordination with store managers to employ an effective marketing calendar Preparation of an annual marketing calendar under the guidance of the founders and senior management

Responsible for creating, managing & growing our Sales revenues and profits through successfully Sourcing and contract manufacturing of all the fabrics that we plan to sell to our customers around the world.Sourcing of Fabrics from various suppliersResponsibilities of the job include: planning and organising production schedules assessing project and resource requirements estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers ensuring that health and safety regulations are met determining quality control standards overseeing production processes re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary selecting, ordering and purchasing materials organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff supervising and managing the work of junior staff organising relevant training sessions.
