The ideal candidates should be customer-focused, responsible, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing dough and baking breads (sourdough, rolls, etc.)Support with hot kitchen prep: sauces, fillings, garnishesMaintain clean workstations, kitchen hygiene & equipment cleanlinessAssist in weighing, mixing, and portioning ingredientsOrganize daily mise-en-place for smooth operationsPack finished goods as required for dispatch or saleFollow all food safety and hygiene standards

Take orders from customers, recommend options, upsellPrepare / assemble food (similar to making waffles and pancakes) and serve to customersMaintain hygiene and cleanliness (Open kitchen concept)Should speak basic English.Basic computer knowledge / billing systemUpdating on stock / inventory levelsProduct training will be provided if selected
