Join our award-winning team and help us continue to excel.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:Welcome clients to the experience center and provide an engaging tour.Understand clients requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.Present and suggest design ideas based on the clients floor plans and requirements.Design Consultation:Provide expert advice on design options, materials, and finishes. Develop customized design solutions that align with clients vision and needs. Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and present them to clients.3. Sales and Deal Closure: Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of Decotales designs. Convince clients of the value and uniqueness of Decotales offerings. Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.4. Communication and Commitments: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients. Ensure all commitments made to clients are accurately communicated and fulfilled.5. Market Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. Apply this knowledge to provide relevant and innovative design suggestions to clients.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Design Consultant or Business Development Executive in the interior design industry. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Creative mindset with a good eye for design. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
