- Supervise and manage civil engineering projects: The Deputy Manager Civil will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.- Assist in planning and scheduling: They will work closely with the project manager to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, making sure that all aspects of the project are planned and executed effectively.- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors: The Deputy Manager Civil will be in charge of hiring and supervising contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that they deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.- Conduct quality control checks: They will be responsible for conducting regular quality control checks on construction sites, making sure that work meets industry standards and specifications.- Ensure compliance with regulations: The Deputy Manager Civil will need to stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes to ensure that projects are in compliance with all requirements.Skills and Expectations:- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.- At least 2-8 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively oversee and coordinate project teams.- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in civil engineering projects.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

1. Having experience of working in Manufacturing industries and knowledge of all Quality related Standers (Control Plan, PPAP, PFMEA).2. Knowledge of 7 QC tools.3. Knowledge of ignition coil, automotive of new development.4. Knowledge of customer claim handling and MSIL, Toyota, Honda customer Specific requirement Like CARV, PPAP, A3 report.5. Minimum 3 year working as an Assistant Manager in current company.6. Knowledge of IATF and ISO standards, MSIL, VSA, Honda QAV audits.7. Knowledge of MS office and good communication skills.

1. Ensure easy traceability of document/form/SOPs/log books etc issuance and retrieve as per approved written procedures.2. Review and approve procedure and records of raw materials, intermediates, packaging and labelling materials.3. Review and approve completed batch production and laboratory control records before release of saleable intermediates and API for distribution.4. Review and approve of annual product quality review and applicable QMS tracking reports (Change management, deviation management and CAPA management etc.)5. Providing training to cross functional team members on cGMP procedure and revised standard operating procedure, protocols where applicable.6. Handling of QMS documents such as deviations, out of specifications, complaints, returned goods, change controls, incidents, recalls, vendor qualification and CAPA.7. Review & Approve validation protocols and preparations of reports as applicable.8. Ensure that all applicable CAPAs are implemented and effective.9. Approve all specifications and master production instructions.10. Verify the maintenance and calibration data critical equipments as per approved procedure.11. Review and approve stability protocols and reports of API and/or intermediates as applicable12. Delegate applicable QMS activities to immediate sub-ordinates on need basis.13. Approve all procedure impacting the quality of intermediate or APIs; production and control operations are clearly specified in written procedure and adopt GMP requirement.15. 1.Monitoring and achieving specific sales targets of our IVD products in the assigned territory every year.2.Lead and strategize distributors to enhance product knowledge and achieve total customer satisfaction3.Analyze market information for product positioning and strategy development.4.Managing and supporting existing distributors within the territory.5.Appointing new distributors, if the existing are not performing well, or notcovering the company's entire portfolio.6.Create long-term and short-term strategic plans, a budget to boost sales, and use marketing and negotiation strategies to increase consumer preference and volume.7.Maintain strong relationships with the territory's dealer network, work directly with them to drive revenue, and more as needed.8.Control a group of subordinates/ management & keep team motivated.9.Develop strong connections with customers, especially with significant customers.10.Sales forecast based indenting and near expiry monitoring.11.Co-ordinating for shipment with the commercial department.12.Product management support to customers and distributors.13.Distributor and customer database preparation and its update.14.Jointly working with ZSM, RSM & ASMs within the territory.15.Field reporting of self & regular monitoring of the appointed ZSM & ASMs and monitoring of Regional Manager.
