The Deputy General Manager (DGM) - QA/QC is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control activities for residential construction projects. This role involves developing and implementing QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards to ensure that all construction activities comply with industry standards and client specifications. The DGM - QA/QC will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to maintain high-quality construction work and ensure timely project completion.Desired profile of the candidate: Quality Management:Develop, implement, and maintain the QA/QC policies and procedures for residential construction projects.Establish quality standards and ensure all construction activities comply with these standards.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QA/QC policies.Project Supervision:Supervise and manage the QA/QC team, providing guidance and support as needed.Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure quality requirements are met at all stages of construction.
