The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, well-organized, and comfortable handling both internal and client-facing responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, update, and maintain data sheets in Excel and Google Sheets with high accuracy.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.Coordinate with clients professionally through email, calls, and chat.Track and maintain operational data records, logs, and performance metrics.Support internal teams with data extraction, formatting, and presentation.Identify data inconsistencies and ensure timely corrections.Follow set processes, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.Assist in basic troubleshooting and use of online tools, dashboards, and software applications.Collaborate with supervisors to ensure smooth night-shift operations.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12 years of experience working in night shifts (mandatory).Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Ability to prepare clear, structured reports.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience handling clients directly.Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, CRMs, and dashboards.High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.Reliable internet connection and basic system knowledge (if remote).

Should have at least 1 to 3 years of project/program management experience in Financial Services/Banking/NBFC/Fintech companies only.Hands-on proficiency in data analysis and SQL querying, with ability to work on large datasetsAbility to lead end-to-end implementation projects and manage cross-functional teams effectively.Experience in process analysis, optimization, and mapping for operational efficiency.Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Good expertise in financial operations processes and workflows with proven implementation experience.
