CSP Operator Jobs

We have an urgent requirement for an Import Purchase Manager. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end import procurement processes, coordinating with international and domestic vendors, managing shipping documents, customs clearance, and tracking purchase orders. Good communication skills and relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or import-export purchase are required. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operating computer systems: The computer operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer systems to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.2. Printing and designing: Handling printing and designing tasks using computer software and equipment to create documents, graphics, and other materials as required.3. Online data entry: Entering data accurately and efficiently into online databases and systems to keep records up to date.4. Customer service: Providing assistance to customers at the Grahak Seva Kendra and ensuring their queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.5. Flex printing and designing: Creating and printing flexible materials like banners, posters, and signs for various purposes using computer software and equipment.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Strong computer skills: Proficiency in using computers and related software for various tasks like data entry, printing, designing, and online work.2. Attention to detail: Being meticulous and accurate while entering data and performing tasks to avoid errors and ensure quality work.3. Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide assistance and collaborate on tasks.4. Problem-solving abilities: Capable of identifying and resolving issues related to computer operations and customer service in a timely manner.5.
