We are looking for an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 8 years of experience and hold a diploma in a relevant field. This is a full-time position where you will operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently on job sites.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Operate Cranes:** You will be responsible for lifting and moving materials using different types of cranes. Safety is your top priority while operating these machines.- **Conduct Pre-Operation Checks:** Before starting, you will inspect the crane to ensure it is in good working condition. This includes checking fluid levels, safety mechanisms, and equipment functionality.- **Follow Safety Protocols:** You must adhere to all safety rules and regulations while operating the crane. This includes wearing protective equipment and ensuring that the work area is safe for others.- **Maintain Equipment:** Regular maintenance and minor repairs may be required. Keeping the crane in excellent condition helps prevent accidents and delays.- **Communicate with Team Members:** You will collaborate with ground crew and direct them using hand signals or radios to ensure safe and accurate lifting operations.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and be able to perform tasks independently. You should possess excellent communication skills for effective teamwork. Experience with various crane types and certifications related to crane operation are essential. A solid understanding of construction site practices and safety protocols is also required, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during operation.

The Roustabout reports to the Crane Operator and assists him with all duties relating to the crane and the movement of equipment, supplies and people on and off the platform. The Roustabout learns and assists with crane maintenance, crane rigging, and loading and unloading equipment and supplies. The Roustabout also keeps the drilling equipment and area neat, will do all basic labor tasks, assists other personnel with tasks as needed and learns other positions through cross-training.You need to be able to work and live as part of a team.
