Responsibilities:Technical: Hands on experience in Analyses and design of Pipe racks, Technological structures, Substations, Control rooms, Shed type structures, Foundations for Process column and exchanges etc. applicable for Chemical, Petro-chemical, Refineries and Oil and Gas Industries. Candidate should be familiar with analysis and design of dynamic foundations such as Pumps, Compressors and Turbo GeneratorsGeneral: Candidate should have performed the checking of Civil and structural calculations of engineers and ensure its correctness and completeness. Candidate should have hands on in material and quantity control of Civil and Structural commodities (Concrete and Steel) Candidate should be familiar with the interface requirements with other engineering disciplines to ensure the design comply with all the plant process and layout requirements Candidate should be conversant with the provisions of Indian, American and Euro codes for civil and structural designs.Experience Level:3 - 4 years of experience in Detail Engineering of Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Refinery Projects.Qualification:BE/ B. Tech in Civil EngineeringSoftware skills STAAD Pro-Foundation 3D & MAT 3DProficient in MS Office word and Excel Willing to depute at Project office/ site office for a short time. Education: Bachelor of Science in engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation and or equivalent Post-Graduation in Engineering (MS / ME / M. Tech)Knowledge and Experience: 5+ years proven experience of controls design activities under relevant industry domains like WarehouseAutomation, Intra-Logistics Automation, Material Handling Systems etc. or similar industriesSkills: Experience on Control Panels Designing using AutoCAD Electrical / Eplan min 3 to 4+ Years, Knowledge of GAdrawings, Device placement, Wiring Diagrams, Device List (BOM), terminal List etc Experience in Design work using integrated tools such as Maestro, COMOS etc. is preferred. Experience in programming of PLC/DCS/SCADA using Siemens/Allen Bradley systems is Must (min 3+ yearsExperience in Programming, Designing, testing and other engineering activities) Strong Knowledge of working with TIA Portal or Studio 5000 tools Strong Knowledge of HMI systems such as ICONICS, WinCC etc. with Experience of 2/3 years is mostpreferred Preparation of IO List, Logic diagram, Functional Design Specifications, load calculation, Experience in Commissioning of automation Package (2 years, preferred) Good in project documentation Good exposure of Customer handling / Meetings Well versed in global environment including North America & EMEA and adept in cross cultural team functioning Be conversant with MS Office Tools, Power BI, JIRA etc. Good communicator and must have a good command over English - written and verbal

Operations:-Responsible for day-to-day operations of the shop floor activities.Liaison with cross functional teams for planning and execution of the work.Regularly update the management on cross functional activities.Design and development:-Participate in Design and development activities of new products.Design and development of Jigs, fixtures and other necessary toolingCreate/Update/modify the drawings as required using CAD toolsDo the necessary engineering calculations, analysis, test procedures etc required for new product development.Build the prototypes in coordination with suppliers and conduct thorough development testing.Suppliers/Inventory/store room:-Efficient inventory management in such a way that, smooth flow of parts is always maintained.Coordination with vendors and purchase teamAddress all the technical queries raised by vendorsImplement effective inventory/store room protocolsQuality control:-Responsible for the quality of each and every component as well as the final product that is dispatched to the customer.Set up the required quality control protocols and implement them on continual basis.Skills/Qualifications:-Masters/Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.Must have sound knowledge of manufacturing processes. Experience of tool room would be added advantage.Should be well versed with design fundamentals and mechanical engineering. Exposure to hydraulic and pneumatic products such as valves, FRLs, actuators etc would be added advantage.Should be fluent in using CAD tools. Experience of PROE, CREO would be better.Must be a team player with leadership abilities.Should be capable of working without supervision.Must be proactive and effective in communications.Should be a good facilitator between cross functional teams.
