Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.Coordinate with project managers to develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.Review construction plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure adherence to design requirements and standards.Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement, scheduling, and quality control of work performed.Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to communicate project status, milestones, and expectations.Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise on-site, implementing effective problem-solving techniques to maintain project momentum.Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and industry standards.Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field, preferably in [residential/commercial/industrial] construction projects.A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.Strong knowledge of construction techniques, methods, and materials.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
