Breakdown Troubleshooting & RepairLine-Side Emergency Support: Provide rapid response to the shop floor (e.g., automated welding or CNC lines) when a fixture causes line stoppages, part misalignment, or structural defects.Root Cause Analysis: Analyze recurring fixture failures or component wear-out rates. Implement permanent modifications to improve fixture durability.3. Fixture Modifications & Tool Room SupportDesign Modifications: Read engineering drawings and blueprints (including complex GD&T parameters). Coordinate with the design team to implement minor changes or engineering changes (ECNs) on existing fixtures.Machining Coordination: Work closely with Tool Room machinists to fabricate replacement pins, blocks, or details using VMC, milling, grinding, or EDM machines.Welding Spatter Control: For welding fixtures, implement preventative measures (like anti-spatter coatings or specialized guards) to protect locator surfaces and sensors from continuous heavy spatter buildup.4. Quality & DocumentationHistory Logs: Maintain meticulous digital or physical logs of fixture maintenance history, calibration charts, and wear-analysis reports.MSA & CMM Coordination: Coordinate with the Quality team to verify fixture repeatability through Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) reports.

Responsibilities Prepare VMC Programming for new Products. Prepare tooling list for develops a new part. Strong Drawing reading & interpretation skills. He should be able to help operators increase of difficulties. Prevention maintenance of machines. Calculation of Cycle time and coasting of new components. Able to 2 to 3 operators supervisor.
