Key ResponsibilitiesStandards Interpretation: Reviewing and interpreting relevant technical standards (e.g., IS 1293 for plugs/sockets or IEC 60601 for medical devices) to define product requirements.Test Planning & Execution: Designing and overseeing internal pre-compliance tests such as High Voltage (HV) tests, Insulation Resistance, and Thermal/Fire safety tests.Documentation Management: Preparing Technical Files including circuit diagrams, Bill of Materials (BOM), and critical component lists for submission to auditors.Liaison with Authorities: Coordinating with agencies like BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), ERDA, or CPRI for factory audits and sample testing.Non-Conformance (NC) Resolution: Analyzing test failures and working with the Design team to implement hardware changes required to pass certification.Compliance Maintenance: Monitoring changes in global regulations and ensuring that existing product certifications are renewed on time.

Compliance & Audit: Perform, review, and evaluate on-site inspections of farms and processing facilities to ensure strict adherence to organic regulations.Documentation & Traceability: Review, verify, and maintain detailed records, including audit reports, input materials (seeds/fertilizers), and production logs to track organic integrity through the entire supply chain.Client Guidance & Support: Advise farmers and manufacturers on certification requirements, organic standards, and necessary improvements for compliance.Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of international and local organic standards, such as USDA National Organic Program (NOP), NPOP, or EU regulations.Certification Management: Coordinate the entire certification process, including handling applications, managing third-party inspections, and following up on non-compliance issues.Training & Education: Organize training workshops for producers and staff on organic standards and, if applicable, Participatory Guarantee Systems (PGS). Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Knowledge: Strong understanding of organic agriculture, sustainable farming, and regulatory standards.Attention to Detail: Ability to review complex documents and identify potential violations.Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to produce inspection reports and communicate with stakeholders.Experience: Often requires 5+ years of experience in quality management or organic certification. M.Sc (Ag), experience of Organic & Natural Farming Certification Process, FPOs process, report writing.

Job Title: Project Manager / Assistant Manager / Sr. Analyst PMORole and Responsibilities: Implement governance standards across projects, including tracking, monitoring, and updating the statusof program deliverables. Adopt IT project management life cycle, implement lean/kaizen techniques as necessary. Knowledge of SDLC is an advantage for the role. Ensuring project plans (SMART sheet / Asana /MSP) are created, updated & maintained. Identifying the location of support to resolve technical issues, affecting the transition into support, andformally closing off the project. Track priority projects & follow up on action closure. Understand the current processes, define KPIs using the SMART technique for performance evaluation. Define PERT feasibility analysis & apply the time and motion technique on critical projects. Manage functional level resource utilization using Skill & competency analysis. Identify, analyze risk predictions & project the forecast on the existing capacity & leave plan. Report Weekly /Monthly reports, dashboards to the Functional head with SLAs. Identify, capture & report roadblocks, gaps in the process to the reporting manager. Capture & Track Minutes of meeting followed by action items with stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills prepare executive Dashboards, Data Pivot, Slicer on selection of data.Preferred Experience/Skills: 5 10 plus years experience with at least 2 years in US healthcare, Telecom/ IT/Cybersecurity. Research, select, and maintain telecommunications network equipment. Engage with contractors, consultants, and vendors on telecommunicationsrelated projects. Coordinate a team to design, test, update, and implement a wireless or wired communication network. Oversees the installation and maintenance of communication lines across facilities. Good communication and understanding skills. Ability to analyze, plan, multitask, and manage time effectively Excellent project documentation skills Microsoft Excel & analytics, presentation (PPT). Strong understanding of US healthcare is an advantage PMP/Prince2 Certification is added value. Graduation in any discipline/masters Qualification added an advantage.Work Location: Hyderabad;

Prepare Detailed Bill Of Quantities/ Pre-Tender Estimates, Inspection, and Verification Of Work Measurement, Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing. Preparation Of Bill Of Quantities (BOQ), Bill Certification, And Quantity Estimation. All Other Work-Related To Billing Engineer/Quantity Surveyor3. Capable to handle all Billing & Quantity survey-related work.4. Capable to compile Tender Documents and submission of BID

The candidate should have educational background or should have experience in selling Certification courses / IT courses / Skill Courses.Preference will be given for immediate joiner.
