Procurement and SourcingIdentify, evaluate, and select suppliers to procure goods and services for the company.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.Source new and innovative products to maintain market competitiveness.2. Inventory and Stock ManagementMonitor stock levels and forecast demand to ensure product availability.Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.Resolve any supply chain disruptions that could impact availability or quality.3. Supplier Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers, addressing concerns and setting improvement targets.Ensure suppliers comply with company policies and ethical standards.4. Market and Trend AnalysisAnalyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings.Stay updated on changes in the FMCG industry to anticipate shifts in demand or supply.Identify opportunities to introduce new product lines or improve existing ones.5. Budget Management and Cost ControlManage the procurement budget, ensuring cost savings and value-for-money deals.Monitor and report on procurement costs and savings achieved.Implement cost-control measures without compromising on quality.6. Compliance and ReportingEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation for internal and external audits.Job Type: Full-timePay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month

Procurement Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the procurement process by ensuring that goods and services are acquired efficiently and effectively. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations is preferred. Certification in procurement or supply chain management Required Skills and Qualifications:-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
