The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a passion for user experience, and the ability to think like an end-use.Test Case Management:Design, develop, and maintain detailed, step-by-step test plans and test cases based on business requirements.Execution:Perform various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Defect Tracking:Identify, log, and track software defects using tools likeJira,Azure DevOps, orBugzilla.Collaboration:Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to resolve bugs and improve software usability.Mobile & Web Testing:Execute manual tests across multiple platforms (Android, iOS) and browsers (Chrome, SafariReporting:Document and communicate testing progress, defect metrics, and overall software readiness to stakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.Methodologies:Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, andAgile/Scrum frameworks.Database Knowledge:Basic proficiency inSQLfor database validation.API Testing:Familiarity with API testing tools likePostmanor SoapUI.Soft Skills:Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications likeISTQB(Certified Tester) or CSTE.Exposure to basic automation tools (e.g., Selenium) or CI/CD pipelines

1. Must have 810 years of QA experience in B2B SaaS.2. Must have 35 years of experience as a QA Lead or QA Manager (leading and managing a QA team).3. Must have strong hands-on manual testing experience (UI/UX + API testing).4. Must be able to set up QA processes from scratch for SaaS products.5. Must be proficient in test planning, writing test cases, and managing full QA cycles.6. Must have strong knowledge of regression, smoke, and sanity testing.7. Must have experience using ClickUp, JIRA, or similar tools for test case and bug management.

Job Description:A Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering from a reputed institute.4+ years of experience in mobile app design and development on Android platform.Proficiency in Java or Kotlin using Android SDK and third-party libraries.Experience with multi-threading and integrating with RESTful services.Good understanding of UI/UI customization, as well as working in different Android versions and screen sizes.Working knowledge of complete lifecycle, including publishing to Google Play and other updates.Understanding of design patterns for reusability, extensibility, etc., desirable.Experience with Git, Bug tracking and CI/CD tools preferred.Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and excellent problem solving skills.Good understanding of software engineering practices, Data Structures & Algorithms.Solid programming skills in Java/Kotlin.Good communication skills.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Experience in Reactive programming, Asynchronous programming and Unit Testing will be an added advantage.Technologies we're working with MVP, JAVA and Kotlin, Realm, Firebase Real-time Database, RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, Dagger and Retrofit.
