The candidates to avail a loan from WB SC/ST & OBC Dev. & Fin Corp to buy a 3-wheeler electric van from Mahindra & Mahindra at a subsidized rate which is repayable to the institution in 5 years. Soon after the loan gets sanctioned, the company (Ampersand Group, through its entity IIIML) enters into an agreement with the loan beneficiary to absorb them as Delivery partners for a period of 5 years. During this period the company pays handsomely to the beneficiary in a way that covers their monthly EMI and also creates an opportunity to earn their livelihood. Should be able to independently plan mobilization strategy to identify and attract prospective SC/ST/OBC candidates from semi-urban or rural areas of W.B. Use multiple channels for mobilization of resources both government and non-government. Build strong relations with the local municipalities, corporations, gram panchayats, notifies areas, SC/ST offices for brand/concept building and selling Organize camps at strategic places to attract prospective candidates Introducing the govt. schemes to the target audience vividly through public speaking/gathering Sharing the income opportunities of the beneficiaries in a transparent manner Collecting requisite documents/papers from the candidates for loan applications Coaching and counselling candidates candidates in a way for conversion of leads
