*Job Title*: Site Engineer - Electrical *Location*: As per project site*Employment Type*: Full-Time*Job Description*:We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer (Electrical) to manage and execute power distribution projects under DDUGJY, IPDS, and RDSS schemes. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with DISCOM officials, quality control, and compliance with project guidelines and safety standards.*Key Responsibilities*:Execute and supervise DDUGJY, IPDS & RDSS projects as per approved drawings and specificationsSupervise construction of substations and rural/urban electrification worksEnsure strict compliance with RDSS guidelines, safety norms, and quality standardsPrepare, understand, and implement Single Line Diagrams (SLD)Coordinate with DISCOM officials, contractors, vendors, and project teamsMonitor daily site activities, manpower, materials, and work progressResolve ROW (Right of Way) issues at site with local authorities and stakeholdersPerform site monitoring, quality checks, and reportingPrepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly progress reports to concerned authoritiesHandle SAP-based billing entries and documentationMaintain proper records using MS Word & ExcelUse AutoCAD for drawings and modifications (added advantage)*Eligibility Criteria*:B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)Minimum experience in DDUGJY, IPDS, and RDSS projectsExperience in substation construction & electrification worksKnowledge of SAP for billing purposesGood understanding of SLD, electrical drawings, and BOQsStrong communication, analytical, and coordination skillsAbility to handle site challenges independently*Skills Required*:DDUGJY / IPDS / RDSS Project ExecutionSubstation & Electrification WorksSAP BillingSLD Preparation & UnderstandingSite Monitoring & ReportingMS Word & Excel (Advanced)AutoCAD (Preferred)ROW Issue HandlingDISCOM CoordinationPreferred Candidate Profile:Immediate joiner preferredWilling to work at project sitesStrong problem-solving and reporting skills
