As an ATM Coordinator, your primary role will involve managing and maintaining the ATM operations within the assigned area. You will ensure that these machines are always functional and well-stocked.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor ATM Functionality: Regularly check the performance of ATMs to ensure they are operational and report any technical issues immediately to the technical support team.- Cash Management: Ensure ATMs are replenished with cash on a timely basis, managing the cash inventory effectively to avoid outages.- Customer Support: Address customer complaints and queries related to ATM usage, providing assistance and solutions when necessary.- Site Visits: Conduct regular visits to ATM locations to assess their condition, security, and cleanliness, ensuring they meet company standards.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions, cash deposits, and maintenance activities to support reporting and auditing processes.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education.
