Construction ManagerThe Construction Manager (often called Project Manager or Site Manager) oversees the entire construction project from planning to completion. They ensure safety, budget, timeline, and quality standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination: Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.Team Leadership: Supervise staff, assign tasks, conduct meetings, and resolve conflicts.Budget & Cost Control: Monitor expenses, approve payments, negotiate contracts, and manage change orders.Quality & Safety Oversight: Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and quality standards. Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.Supports the Construction Manager in dealing with the Client for all the Quality matters.Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.Evaluates the qualifications of welders and Non Destructive Test-NDT technicians with regard to the activities assigned.Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel.Supports the construction roles in the management and control of subcontractors.Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.Coordinates the relevant Tracking Systems for correct identification of materials.Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.Supports the Welding & Non Destructive Test-NDT qualification activities.Cooperates to issue the Welding Procedures (WP).Cooperate with the Project Quality Engineer (PQE) to analyses of non conformities.Supervises inspection of defect renewal and welding.

Ensure that breakdowns are reported, analyzed, and corrective actions are taken promptly.8. Ensure that maintenance practices comply with relevant pharmaceutical industry standards, such as cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and safety protocols.9. Maintain records of all maintenance activities and audits in compliance with regulatory requirements.10. Assist in facility audits and inspections related to maintenance and safety compliance.11. Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance tasks.12. Ensure timely procurement and proper storage of spare parts to prevent delays in maintenance operations.13. Track and monitor the usage of consumables and equipment parts.14. Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks.15. Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, engineering, etc.) to ensure maintenance does not disrupt production schedules.16. Provide training and guidance to the maintenance team on best practices, safety, and operational procedures.17. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.18. Document maintenance schedules, parts used, and machine downtime for performance analysis.
