Key ResponsibilitiesProvide CSC e-Governance services to customers.Assist citizens with online applications for government schemes.Process Aadhaar, PAN card, voter ID, and other service requests as permitted.Handle utility bill payments, insurance, banking, and digital service transactions.Maintain records of transactions and customer data.Verify documents and ensure accurate data entry.Guide customers regarding available government and digital services.Ensure compliance with CSC guidelines and procedures.

1 Accounting of Modern Trade reconciliation / Updation of entries/ Open point clearance /Follow up with concerns authorities 2 Handling MT, E-Commerce Clients, followup for payment and Outstanding 3 Responsible for CSD transactions and coordination 4 Followup for legal and statutory issues of MT, GT, E-Com (Metrology) as and when require 5 Legal coordination for Trade Mark related cases and assessments and all company related issues 6 Providing monthly provisions and MIS reports to Management 7 Monthly P&L And Trading - Channel wise and Category Wise & GP Working 8 Documentation of parties, depots and Legal issues 9 Followup, Reconciliation, Balance confirmation, C Form, F Form, Full and Final Settlement of all Parties
