We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Area Service Manager to oversee the repair andmaintenance services for LED TV, Air Conditioners, and Washing Machines. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for managing service technicians, optimizing service operations,and enhancing customer experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training,and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.Service Operations: Oversee all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatch,spare parts inventory, and service quality control.Appointment: Candidates need to appoint new service centers.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving service-related issues,addressing customer complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Technical Expertise: Utilize your deep technical knowledge of LED TV, Air Conditioners, andWashing Machines to troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance to service technicians.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve service processes and procedures toenhance efficiency and quality.Budget Management: Manage the service budget to ensure cost control and maximizeprofitability.Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure theavailability of spare parts and components.Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.Qualification and Skills: Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5-10 years of relevant experience in LED TV, Air Conditioner, and Washing Machine serviceand repair. Having good working experience in CRM Software. Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, with excellent team management andinterpersonal skills. Strong technical knowledge of LED TV, Air Conditioners, and Washing Machines. Excellent problem-solving
