This role is ideal for someone who can manage teams, optimize productivity, and ensure sustainable farming practices across various fields.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities across fisheries, plantations, dairy, and horticulture. Oversee fish farming operations, water management, and breeding practices. Implement best agricultural and plantation practices to maximize yield. Manage dairy farm operations, ensuring livestock health and optimal milk production. Monitor soil health, irrigation, crop rotation, and organic farming practices. Supervise farm workers, assign tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations. Coordinate procurement of seeds, livestock feed, fertilizers, and farming equipment. Ensure compliance with environmental, agricultural, and livestock regulations. Maintain records, monitor farm performance, and report to management.What Were Looking For: Education: Graduation in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy Science, Fisheries, or a related field.
