We are seeking a talented and experienced Garment Retailer Purchaser. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire purchasing process, from identifying suppliers to negotiating prices and making purchases. The Garment Retailer Purchaser will work closely with our sales team to ensure that the right products are purchased at the right time and at the right price.Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of garments and related products.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.Place purchase orders for products based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.Coordinate with the sales team to understand product demand and adjust purchasing decisions accordingly.Continuously evaluate suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality and pricing requirements.Manage relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and risks.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the retail industry.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of garment retail trends and consumer preferences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with purchasing software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.If you are an experienced Garment Retailer Purchaser looking for an exciting opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
