Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Manage the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing them in a timely and professional manner. Assist in fostering positive employee relations and a productive work environment.HR Policy and Procedure Administration: Ensure employee understanding and adherence to company HR policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Attendance and Leave Management: Administer attendance tracking and leave management processes in accordance with company policies and local regulations.Performance Management Support: Assist with the implementation of the performance management process, including tracking goals, facilitating feedback, and maintaining related documentation.Training and Development Coordination: Support the coordination and delivery of employee training and development programs.Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.HR Reporting and Analytics: Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and data analysis to support decision-making.Compliance with Labor Laws: Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations in Maharashtra and India and ensure company compliance.Employee Engagement Initiatives: Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in Nashik.Communication (Local Emphasis).
