You'll benefit from a structured work environment, meal allowances, and opportunities for advancement.Responsibilities: As a warehouse worker, your role will include a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our distribution centers, such as: Collecting and organizing products based on customer orders using handheld scanners and manual trolleys Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and condition of items Restocking shelves and maintaining proper product placement Keeping the workspace clean and orderly Labeling goods and preparing packaging (e.g., folding cartons)Benefits: Stable, long-term employment with potential for permanent hire Full-time hours with possible overtime Base salary: 14.00 gross/hour Free meals provided daily in the company canteen (up to 3 meals per day) Additional pay rates: 25% extra for night shifts (23:00-06:00) 50% extra for Sundays 100% extra on public holidays Standard schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a regular workday). Youll usually work one shift, although a second shift may be added during peak demandRequirements: Good physical condition and stamina to handle extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting No chronic pain or physical limitations Willingness to work and live with people from diverse backgrounds Openness to staying in Germany for an extended period

Ensuring that the check-in and check-out process runs as smoothly as possible and that guests are escorted to the correct room.Responding to requests or complaints made by guests in a professional and polite manner in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.Implementing procedures to improve services offered with the aim of attracting more customers.Hiring and training staff in matters of professional conduct, and ensuring that there is enough staff at all times by organizing staffing schedules efficiently.Supporting service personnel with questions posed by guests and taking over from the support staff if any issues arise.
