Job Title: Export House DesignerJob Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join our export house team. The idealcandidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience working in an export house environment and musthave graduated from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). As a Designer, you will playa pivotal role in conceptualizing and creating designs that resonate with our target market and meetthe demands of our international clientele. You will collaborate closely with the design team,production team, and other departments to ensure that our products meet the highest standards ofquality and design excellence.Responsibilities: Meeting with the design and marketing teams to discuss packaging specifications andconfirm budgets. Evaluating market trends and analysing similar packaging designs. Ensuring packaging designs accurately represent the company's brand and ethos. Collaborating with graphic designers and copywriters to finalize packaging text and graphics. Completing final mock-up designs using computer modelling software.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field from the National Institute of FashionTechnology (NIFT). 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Designer in an export house environment, preferablyin the fashion industry. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,InDesign) and CAD software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of international fashionmarkets and trends is desirable. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conceptualization, Research and development of concepts according to the brand aesthetics & guidelines.2. Completion of the targets for the season according to the design calendar3.Work closely with the Cofounder, Design team and merchandising team for launch of collections.
