Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound queries.
- Clearly communicate hotel offerings, promotions, and services.
- Maintain a positive, professional tone during all interactions.
- Schedule bookings or appointments as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) education; a degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Friendly, persuasive, and confident personality.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
