- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and CRM promptly and professionally.
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to existing and potential clients—contractors, distributors, and retailers—to generate interest and drive orders
- Create and issue quotations, sales orders, and follow up until confirmation and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, pricing, sample requests, and delivery schedules.
- Provide clients with technical information on product properties, applications, and best practices.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client queries and ensure product suitability for different substrates.
- Update and track customer interactions, lead progress, and sales pipeline within the CRM.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback summaries for management.
