Job Description

- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and CRM promptly and professionally.

- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to existing and potential clients—contractors, distributors, and retailers—to generate interest and drive orders

- Create and issue quotations, sales orders, and follow up until confirmation and dispatch.

- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, pricing, sample requests, and delivery schedules.

- Provide clients with technical information on product properties, applications, and best practices.

- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client queries and ensure product suitability for different substrates.

- Update and track customer interactions, lead progress, and sales pipeline within the CRM.

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback summaries for management.

- Maintain strong, enduring relationships with key accounts through continuous engagement and periodic check-ins.

- Implement retention strategies such as follow-ups, product demos, and loyalty incentives.

- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends, relaying insights for strategy refinement.

- Liaise with field sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure order fulfillment, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction.

- Support field sales with technical documentation, product literature, and case studies.

- Participate in sales promotions, training sessions, and internal product launches.

- Prepare and distribute product information to support field marketing and client education.
