Providing technical & commercial support to other sales engineers (including dealers sales personnel), training them to enable them to carry out their job effectively and to enhance customer satisfaction.
Dealer management, measurement & assessment of their performance, establish target oriented and effective dealership network, changes in the dealership network based on the business requirements / dealers assessment including cancellation / appointment of dealerships.
