Job Description

A dynamic Sales Manager professional in Sales & Marketing and Business Development. An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills; strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities; possesses a flexible & detail-oriented attitude.

Leading a team of Sales & Application Engineers to exceed the targets by planning and implementing sales strategies.

Skills in expanding customer base and increasing revenue potential through various efforts

Experienced in leading engineering product sales, customer service functions and complaint management, channel sales, dealer distribution, key account Management

Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity

Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings, identify and obtain further sales & business development opportunities and increased customer base

Implement innovative strategies to achieve exceptional intensification with respect to service spares business turnover

Accountable for the direct and indirect sales across India specially for steel, Cement, Minning, Material Handling & Oil and Gas sector by attending techno-commercial discussions

Formulating business plans, resource requirement & market strategies, brand projection (advertisements & expos), customer engagement & retention.

Identifying prospects for business, conceptualizing & implementing the action plans/policies and achieving business goals with respect to revenue generation.

Maintaining a strong connect with BDI Group companies @ overseas for techno-commercial support, new product development & launches.

Supporting & driving direct sales team and dealers for achieving the set targets. Preparing required sales tools & imparting training.

Providing technical & commercial support to other sales engineers (including dealers sales personnel), training them to enable them to carry out their job effectively and to enhance customer satisfaction.

Dealer management, measurement & assessment of their performance, establish target oriented and effective dealership network, changes in the dealership network based on the business requirements / dealers assessment including cancellation / appointment of dealerships.
