- Identify potential clients in industrial, automotive, and manufacturing sectors and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Present and explain the features, benefits, and technical specifications of lubricants and machine oils to prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Monitor market trends, gather competitor data, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, after-sales service, and support.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely delivery and invoicing in coordination with the logistics team.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address customer queries regarding lubricant compatibility, usage, and performance.
- Plan and execute field visits, customer meetings, and territory coverage in an organized and efficient manner.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline status to the sales manager.
- Represent KLYDE ENGINEERING at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
