- Assist in preparing marketing materials, product catalogs, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns or client outreach initiatives from the office.
- Generate and verify invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for billing and payment follow-up.
- Help maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing timely information and support.
- Serve as the central communication link between the field sales team and office operations.
