key responsibilities:
research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to generate leads
provide online software demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
assist clients with software installation and setup remotely
guide clients in self-support tools and resources to maximize software usage
handle client complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in crm
attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business contacts
qualifications & skills:
proven experience in sales, business development, or client support is a plus but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
strong technical aptitude to understand and demonstrate software products
ability to handle client complaints calmly and find effective solutions
self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
ability to work independently and as part of a team
good organizational and time management skills
familiarity with crm software and remote support tools is an advantage
