Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring:

Compensation and Benefits:

Performance Management:

Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback to employees, and identifying areas for improvement.

Staying updated on employment laws and regulations and ensuring that HR practices adhere to legal standards.

Strategic Planning:

Contributing to the development of HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.

HR Analytics:

Utilizing data and analytics to make informed decisions about HR practices and improve workforce performance.

Policy and Procedure Development:

Creating and implementing company-wide policies and procedures related to HR matters.
