Job Description

we are looking to hire an individual with rich home loan experience in dsa companies.

key responsibilities –

• responsible for bank tie-ups with regards to home loans for various projects.

• liasioning with various teams for project approval with different banks/financial institutions.

• finalizing multiple home loan schemes & payment schedules with banks/financial institutions from time to time for various projects.

• also responsible for providing the cost/price per square feet to the sales team with regards to various home loan schemes & customized payment schedules.

• responsible for the loan disbursement process.

knowledge, skills and experience required:-

graduate with minimum 1+ year of experience from banking, financial services.

exposure into home loan sales & home loan disbursement cycle.

excel & ms office knowledge would be mandatory.

shall be open to field work as well.
