performance.

implement corrective actions.

Prepare regular reports for senior management outlining key

performance indicators and achievements.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and

materials.

Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance the firm's

visibility.
