Job Description

- Greet customers warmly and address inquiries related to vehicle models, services, test drives, and bookings.

- Schedule and confirm service appointments, follow up with customers post-service for feedback and satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints professionally, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system for sales, service history, and communication logs.

- Conduct follow-up calls for feedback after sales or service and compile reports for management review.

- Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, features, offers, and services to effectively assist customers.

- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages related to customer service, offers, and reminders.

- Participate in customer retention programs, loyalty campaigns, and re-engagement initiatives.

- Ensure courteous, respectful, and personalized service in all customer interactions to uphold the brand image of BIMAL AUTO AGENCY.
