Qu essentials Pvt Ltd is a food processing company engaged in promoting healthy foods in India with a manufacturing facility in KIADB Industrial Area, Malur and having sales office in Whitefield, Bangalore. We are a growth stage company having 25 employees with around 10MillionUS$ in turnover and having more than 1000 clients to serve.
Eligibility Criteria:
BBA/MBA in Marketing, or a related field.
0-1 yr. exp. in dealing with Agro commodities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Looking for energetic person who is having keen interest in knowing & understanding people, can make good business relations.
Should be good in lead generation.
Addon if already worked in International/Domestic Sales of Food products.
Worked for agro products like Pulses | Beans | Oil seeds | Spices | Grains | Sugar | Nuts | Grains | Groundnut Oil | Cereals |Millets| Chia seeds| Rajma|
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports.
