 Communicating with Key Decision makers in Process Industry comprising of Pharmaceutical, API, Agrochemicals, Specialty Chemical Industry (Formulation & Development, Projects, Purchase, CEO, Directors)
 Understanding Technical Aspects of Equipment and Pharmaceutical Industry.
 Understanding the underlying unit operations wrt equipment manufactured by company and suggesting and consulting the client wrt correct selection of equipment
 Giving Technical presentation to Head of Formulation and API Departments of Pharma, Food, Agrochemical and chemical companies.
 Shall be trained to be Product Manager at the end of Training Period.
 To respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries by telephone and emails.
 Making proposal after understanding the technical requirements from the client
 Review of Purchase Orders & Co-ordinating with Accounts for making Proforma, Invoice, and Payments
 Participating in Exhibitions and Conferences on behalf of the company and being responsible for the pre exhibition logistics and post exhibition follow ups
 To follow up all enquiries & make follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.
 To be in touch with company��s clients, understand their needs & fulfill it accordingly.
Supporting the field sales team
 Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
 Preserving important & confidential agreements between the company & the customers.
 To encourage repeat business by networking with current clients and their colleagues
