The role involves performing high-quality welding work at construction sites, including structural fabrication, piping, and equipment installation. Candidates must be skilled in reading construction drawings, understanding welding procedures, and delivering accurate welds under site conditions.Key Responsibilities:Perform welding on CS and SS materials for construction and infrastructure projects.Execute TIG, MIG, ARC, and other welding processes as required on-site.Fabricate and install structural components, supports, brackets, and pipe systems.Read, interpret, and work according to construction drawings, blueprints, and welding standards.Carry out on-site material preparation: cutting, grinding, alignment, and fit-up.Conduct repairs and modifications on construction structures and piping systems.Inspect welds for strength, durability, and quality compliance.Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site workers.Follow strict safety protocols and use PPE at all times, especially in active construction zones.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Multi Welder (CS & SS), preferably in construction, industrial sites, or large infrastructure projects.Skilled in TIG / MIG / ARC welding processes.Ability to read and understand construction drawings and fabrication plans.Physically fit to work in demanding construction environments.Hindi or English at least one language is mandatory for communication.Skill test required as part of the selection process.Age between 22 to 45 years.Salary & Benefits:Salary: SR 2500 (based on experience & skill performance)Food Allowance: SR 300Free Accommodation provided by companyFree Transport providedMedical Insurance providedOvertime available (earn additional income)Annual Leave: 30 daysReturn Flight Ticket: Provided once every 2 yearsSick Leave: 15 days per yearYearly Performance Bonus based on company evaluationAdditional Information:This position includes Service/Facilitation Charges as per agency guidelines.

Measure and calculate: Welders measure and calculate the dimensions of parts to be welded. Inspect: Welders inspect materials and structures to be welded. Set up: Welders set up components for welding, including cutting material with a power saw. Weld: Welders use manual or semiautomatic equipment to weld components in various positions. Maintain: Welders maintain welding equipment and machinery. Monitor: Welders monitor the welding process and adjust heat as necessary. Assess: Welders assess the quality of welds and identify flaws. Follow safety regulations: Welders follow strict safety regulations and wear the right safety gear. Welders should be attentive to detail, alert, and able to receive and follow instructions.
