This position is open to internationally qualified nurses and laboratory technologists aiming to pursue professional registration and permanent residency where applicable.Key ResponsibilitiesLaboratory Technologists: - Perform a variety of diagnostic laboratory tests on biological specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples using specialized equipment. - Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure accurate test results. - Record and analyze test findings, reporting results to physicians and healthcare staff. - Follow strict quality control, infection control, and safety protocols in the laboratory. - Manage laboratory inventory and assist in research or clinical trials where applicable.QualificationsLaboratory Technologists:- Bachelor or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology (or equivalent). - Minimum 1-2 years laboratory experience in clinical/hospital settings. - Current valid practice license or registration where applicable. - Proficiency in laboratory testing, equipment calibration, and quality control. - English language proficiency (for English-speaking countries). - Eligibility or willingness to register with relevant professional bodies: - Australia: AIMS registration and skills assessment - UK: HCPC registration - New Zealand: MSCNZ registration - Canada: CSMLS certification - USA: ASCPi certificationSkills & Competencies- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work in diverse, multicultural environments. - Knowledge of international healthcare standards and regulatory compliance. - Commitmet to continuous professional development and maintaining registration standards
