We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Steel Fixers to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Steel Fixers will be responsible for assembling and installing steel bars and mesh used to reinforce concrete structures, ensuring their stability and strength. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in steel fixing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.Responsibilities:Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to understand the layout and specifications for the installation of steel bars and mesh within concrete structures.Cut, bend, and position steel bars and mesh accurately, following design requirements and construction standards.Secure steel bars and mesh in place by tying, welding, bolting, or using other appropriate fastening methods to ensure structural stability and durability.Install and secure additional support structures, such as spacers, chairs, and beams, to maintain the correct position and alignment of steel reinforcement.Collaborate with the construction team, including engineers and contractors, to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.Inspect and assess the quality of steel installations, identifying any issues or discrepancies and implementing necessary corrective measures.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment, especially when working with heavy materials and tools.Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper storage and handling of steel bars, tools, and equipment.Keep accurate records of work activities, including the quantities of materials used, work hours, and services provided, for documentation and project tracking purposes.Stay updated on the latest advancements in steel fixing techniques and construction methods to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.Requirements:Proven work experience as a Steel Fixer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
