We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This full-time position involves office work, and we are looking for a male candidate with 5 to 11 years of relevant experience and a diploma in accounting or a related field.Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance against the set targets to help guide decision-making.- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoice processing, payment schedules, and collections, ensuring timely payments and maintaining good relationships with vendors and clients.- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and internal financial records to ensure accuracy and identification of discrepancies.- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations by preparing and submitting required tax filings on time.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail in order to identify and resolve discrepancies. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential for efficient financial analysis and reporting. Good communication and interpersonal skills are needed to collaborate with team members and liaise with external stakeholders.
