Responsibilities:Supervise security staff and ensure proper deployment and coverage of assigned areas.Conduct regular patrols and inspections to monitor security activities and detect potential security breaches.Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and mitigate risks.Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance cameras to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.Provide guidance and support to security personnel, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.Maintain accurate records and documentation of security incidents, reports, and activities.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and law enforcement agencies as needed to address security concerns and coordinate responses to incidents.Conduct security assessments and risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to enhance security measures.Enforce access control procedures and ensure compliance with site-specific security protocols.Stay informed about emerging security threats, trends, and best practices to continuously improve security operations.Requirements:Previous experience in security supervision or a related field is required.Valid security license or certification is mandatory.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.Knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response.Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.Proficiency in computer applications and security systems software.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
