We are looking for a person who can temporarily work on a probationary period of 3-5months. Job DescriptionAssists in the delivery, set up, operation, dismantling and striking of rigging and rigging equipment needed for clients live events (i.e. corporate meetings, concert production, theatrical productions, special events, etc.). Often includes rigging for video systems, audio systems, lighting systems, and scenery.Duties And Responsibilities Depending on the needs of the particular assignment, performs one or more of the following duties:*Assists Crew Chief and/or Head Rigger in ensuring the safe setup, use and maintenance of rigging equipment used during for concerts and special events.*Hangs points, calls bridles, ties knots.*Hangs soft goods and hard set pieces.*Operates rigging equipment during load-in, show and load-out.*Implements, documents and ensures compliance with rigging equipment safety inspection program.*Identifies any additional rigging equipment that may be required.*Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.*Always adheres to safety standards for rigging equipment and uses safe working methods.*Performs all other tasks requested.*May work as crew during event, operating spotlights, assisting sound crew, moving backline, scenery, etc.*Unloads trucks and moves gear to set up location in accordance with instructions.*Strikes equipment upon completion of event, packs equipment cases and loads trucks.*Reports hours to office if no Crew Chief on duty.*Performs basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.Performs related du

bility to come up with concepts and execute the artworks primarily on digital and social channelsAssign work to junior team members based on specialisations in line with the project plan.Create key frames for animated sequences showing motion by using advanced animation techniques.Decide the number of animated sequences to be created from the storyboard or animatic.Develop various available animation techniques to broaden skill sets and deliver across a variety of projects.Explore complex motion techniques to enhance skills.Familiarity with 2D, 3D and computer-generated animation.Guide research to form ideas for animation sequences.Guide the creation of blocking animation to decide the motion sequence for each shot in the scene.Guide the creative thought process by using illustrations during creative briefings.Guide the updating of asset libraries to store animation assets created for future projects and reference.Picture various types of simulated motion required in the shots to animate the scene.Review animation sequences created by junior team members to provide creative inputs for refinement.Study script, storyboards and concept art to understand the animation requirements.Study the motion required for characters created from concept to communicate to teams.Support the creation of the project plan for the team by providing time estimates for specific tasks.
