Work with new development and existing portfolio teams to ensure early engagement and adoption of our Digital Building Playbooks Ensure project-wide alignment with the Development & Digital Buildings Process Map tracking, reporting, and getting sign-off at all milestones Develop Digital Building budgets, working closely with vendor partners to establish appropriate design patterns, scopes of work and CapEx / OpEx pricing Work closely with technology consultants to both identify and support project requirements Drive the incorporation of Digital Building Playbook specifications & requirements across M&E, building systems, and technology on all new development and existing building retrofit projects Create digital enablement specifications for specialty systems and ensure incorporation into design plans & specifications Lead the adoption of the preferred vendor / manufacturer list spanning all projects Interface with architects, MEP consultants, constructors, vendors, and manufacturers while managing digital building technology partners Work with Master System Integrators supporting the delivery of the Integrated Building Management Platform, use-cases and user-journeys Create agendas and lead various project coordination calls and vendor workshops Support all M&E, building system, and technology RFPs pre-tender, post-tender, participate in vendor interview, and review of Letters of Recommendation and contracts Meet with QR Development & Operations regularly to present digital building budget updates and cost monitoring & tracking Working with technology partners, create IoT sensor design patterns for incorporation into divisional plans Vet various vendors hardware, software platforms and IoT technologies to identify opportunities that align with the digital strategy Actively look for opportunities to reduce vendor costs and over scoping while leveraging technology to provide found cost savings
