We are looking for skilled and reliable Masons / Tile Fixers to join our construction team. You will be responsible for laying bricks, blocks, and stones, as well as installing floor and wall tiles to a high standard of finish. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, precise with measurements, and capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment.Key Responsibilities:Masonry Work: Laying blocks, bricks, and stones using mortar to build walls, partitions, and other structures.Tile Installation: Preparing surfaces and installing ceramic, porcelain, or marble tiles on floors and walls with precision.Plastering: Applying plaster or cement finishes to walls and ceilings to create smooth surfaces.Measurement & Cutting: Measuring surfaces and cutting tiles or bricks to size using hand tools or power saws to ensure a perfect fit.Grouting & Finishing: Filling tile joints with grout and cleaning surfaces to ensure a professional, aesthetic finish.Leveling: Using spirit levels and plumb bobs to ensure all work is perfectly aligned and structurally sound.Requirements:Experience: Proven experience as a Mason or Tile Fixer in large-scale residential or commercial projects (Gulf Experience Prefered).Physical Stamina: Ability to work 10-hour shifts and handle heavy materials.Attention to Detail: Precision in aligning patterns and ensuring level surfaces.Travel Readiness: Must have a valid passport for processing.Salary and Benefits Package:Gross Salary: OMR 120 to 150 per month.Food & Accommodation: Fully provided by the company at no cost to the employee.Transportation: Company-provided transport to and from the worksite.Visa Charges: Free (Fully provided and paid for by the company).Duty Hours: 10 hours per day.Weekly Holiday: 1 day off per week.Leave Policy: 2 months of paid holiday upon completion of a 2-year contract.Flight Tickets: Return air ticket provided every 2 years to major cities.Labor Laws: All other terms and conditions are strictly governed by Omani Labor Laws.

Job Description:We are currently seeking a versatile and skilled All-Rounder Mason with expertise in various construction tasks including blockwork, tiling, plastering, and concrete work. As an All-Rounder Mason, you will play a key role in our construction team, contributing to the successful completion of projects by showcasing your multi-disciplinary skills.Responsibilities:Perform various masonry tasks including block laying, tiling, plastering, and concrete work as required.Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.Prepare surfaces for construction by cleaning and leveling them appropriately.Lay bricks, blocks, or tiles accurately and efficiently to create walls, floors, and structures.Apply plaster, render, or stucco to surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.Mix and apply concrete for foundations, slabs, and structures, adhering to project specifications.Operate and maintain masonry tools and equipment, including power saws, trowels, and mixers.Collaborate with other construction team members, architects, and engineers to ensure project cohesion and quality.Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and practices.Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions.Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including scaffolding and bracing as required.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address challenges and coordinate work.Comply with company policies and procedures, particularly those pertaining to safety, quality, and code of conduct.Qualifications:Proven experience as an All-Rounder Mason with expertise in blockwork, tiling, plastering, and concrete work.Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.Proficiency in using masonry tools and equipment, both hand and power tools.
