This role involves collaborating with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize warehouse operations, streamline processes, and ensure accurate inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, logistics processes, and a strong technical background. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle E-Business Suite WMS and Oracle Cloud WMS solutions. Customize and optimize WMS modules to meet specific business requirements and improve warehouse operations. Develop and document system configurations, process flows, and standard operating procedures. System Integration and Data Management: Integrate WMS modules with other Oracle E-Business Suite modules and third-party systems, including ERP, transportation management, and material handling systems. Manage data migration, validation, and integrity within WMS systems. Ensure accurate and real-time inventory tracking and management across multiple locations. Business Process Analysis and Improvement: Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improve.

Implement industry best practices in Oracle R12 EBS for Financials processes (OTC, PTP & RTR), driving efficiency and innovation. Conduct fit-gap analysis, develop solutions, and write detailed functional specifications for projects. Lead end-to-end system development phases, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations and maintain Information Security and SOX compliance. Provide troubleshooting expertise, resolve software application issues, and drive automation initiatives for process optimization. Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for application updates and enhancements. Deliver high-quality presentations to address challenges and propose effective solutions.WHAT YOU BRING 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 (R12.2.9+), web applications, services and interfaces across the financials functional area. Experience in leading and managing the successful delivery of projects is desired. Recent Oracle EBS Functional work involving configuration, implementation, etc. Experience working with SaaS solutions that integrated data with Oracle EBS Proficient in capturing requirements and producing detailed specifications, test strategies, and project plans. Experience with Sarbanes Oxley processes and controls preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:As a part of the Oracle implementation team, the candidate will be Responsible forsupporting the Oracle databases and ensuring their performance, availability and security:- Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rolloutand upgrades- Applying patches and upgrades to latest release R12- Cloning production to test environment- Fine tuning, Space management, Data security, Schema management, Faultmanagement, Diagnostic assessment of the Oracle Databases- Identify technical gaps in user requirements and design custom solutions to caterthe user requirement- Technology Stack and Tools support for iAS, Forms, Reports and Discoverer- Routine maintenance activities, system monitoring and proactive health check on adaily basis- Manage and Configure Oracle Database RAC environment- Raising and follow up Service Requests through Oracle Metalink- Design and Develop backup and recovery procedures using RMAN and other backuptools.Note: Immediate Joiners are preferred
