Job Summary:We are currently seeking a dedicated and diligent Office Boy to join our team in Mossasa, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Boy, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office space. Your responsibilities will include handling various administrative tasks and providing support to the staff and visitors. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and attentive to details.Responsibilities:Office Maintenance: Keep the office premises clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times. This includes regular cleaning of workstations, meeting rooms, pantry areas, and other common spaces.Beverage and Snack Service: Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and refreshments to employees and visitors as needed. Ensure the pantry is well-stocked and kept in order.Document Handling: Assist with simple document filing, photocopying, and scanning tasks as instructed by office staff.Mail Distribution: Collect and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipients within the office.Office Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies inventory and promptly inform the designated personnel when supplies need replenishment.Assist with Administrative Tasks: Provide support to office staff in basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and other clerical duties.Reception Support: Help in receiving and welcoming guests, offering them beverages, and directing them to the appropriate meeting rooms or personnel.Basic Maintenance: Report any office maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the designated supervisor for timely resolution.Adhere to Safety Regulations: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure and hazard-free office environment.Special Tasks: Be prepared to assist in any special tasks or errands as assigned by the office management.Requirements:Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
