You will need to communicate with suppliers and place orders as necessary, helping to avoid disruptions in daily activities.3. **Supporting Staff**: Assist staff members with various tasks, including filing documents, making photocopies, and delivering messages. This helps create a supportive and efficient work atmosphere.4. **Handling Deliveries**: Receive and distribute mail and packages. Accurate handling ensures timely communication and service delivery within the office.5. **Customer Service**: Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the right person or department. This first impression reflects positively on the company.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have completed their 12th grade, and a minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
