DESCRIPTION:Reporting to the IT Supervisor, Client Services the IT Technician provides first level support for the computer users as it relates to the IT infrastructure technologies at Sleeman, including all computer hardware, peripherals, communication devices, desktop operating systems and all standard software (i.e. Office productivity suites, VPN, etc). Respond to support calls and ensure requests are dealt with appropriately and in accordance with defined policies and procedures. Coordinate and complete hardware refreshes and upgrades according to established plans; and provide support to various projects, as required. This role has a Hybrid Work Model (3 days in office, 2 days at home).
