Administration Manager Job DescriptionPosition: Administration ManagerLocation: Canada, Singapore, Australia and Netherlands For more info contact us Job Summary:The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization. This role ensures efficient office operations, manages administrative staff, and supports other departments to achieve organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and supplies.Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff, providing guidance and support.Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, services, and equipment.Coordinate and support company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Assist in budget preparation and manage administrative budgets.Maintain records and documentation related to administrative activities.Support HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, and office culture initiatives.Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions.

Work hours will be a mix of Indian hours and the PST time zone1. AI/ML EngineerBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch/TensorFlow/Jax, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.Knowledge of software development best practices, version control systems, and collaborative coding workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.2. Lead/Sr AI/ML EngineerBS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent8+ years of experience of commercial software developmentLead the development of scalable and efficient machine learning platform productsDevelop technical specifications and architectures for new ML platform features and productsExperience working with Python, Docker, KubernetesExperience with Kubeflow, Seldon, Spark and AWS cloud service experience is a plus
